"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this State Farm office truly deserves it. From the first call, the staff treated me like more than just a policy number. They took the time to explain my coverage options clearly — no pressure, no rush — and made sure I understood what would actually protect my family. Every time I’ve needed help (even with quick questions), someone friendly picks up the phone and handles it right away. Claims have been stress-free, and I’ve always felt like they were looking out for me, not just the paperwork. It’s rare these days to find an office where everyone seems to genuinely care, but this team does. If you’re looking for insurance and want to feel like your agent actually has your back, this is the place."

"30 years with State Farm and receive a call stating that if I don't drop my son from my car insurance my entire policy will be cancelled. Total cost of his claims were under $5k and only had 1 other claim in the time with the agency. Not a good business decision, found a new company within and hour of that call. They also tried making it sound like they were doing me a favor of being able to save the policy if I dropped him from the plan. Home owners, 4 vehicles and all other policies cancelled. That is not customer service."

"I had a rock chip on my windshield that was caused by a rock falling off of a mud covered truck. I went to a national chain windshield repair facility and they advised since I had insurance I would only have to pay my deductible. I didn't know until later that this same company had visited my State Farm agent's office touting free rock chip repair with a referral. The chip was poorly repaired and the crack started to spread. Not only that, the invoice wrongly stated "rock from road-nobody at fault". Contrary to what the manager at the glass store thought, it is a violation if mud, rocks, or debris falls off of a vehicle that hasn't been cleaned (RCW 46.61.655). I called and asked them to correct the invoice as I intended to seek reimbursement from the company who's truck the rock came off of. I was told "it's not a violation and there's nothing I can do." I called my agent's office and Lisa immediately went to bat for me. She spent 2 days calling the glass company to get them to make things right. Lisa got a lot of the same runaround but she persisted. She was able to get my "deductible" reimbursed and got me scheduled at a different local glass shop for a windshield replacement. Great service"

"Not professional or helpful. Very expensive compared to other companies. After years of being a customer, they did not notify when making changes to policy prices. I was told adding household members information was required and would not affect policy, as they were not listed as a driver. It affected the policy and caused loss of insurance. Would not recommend."
